As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU Directive 2023/2673. Please use the withdrawal form on this page to submit your request.
If your order has already shipped, we will provide return instructions upon receipt of your request. Please note that the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your goods.
Please note that if returned goods show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value from your refund.
